Plenary and Seminar sessions are set in curved rows with a podium. A wireless lapel microphone will be provided. Please consider your AV needs carefully and limit them if possible. Please include your needs below. Also let me know if you need any supplies for your presentation and/or if you plan to provide handouts (please send me an electronic master at least one month prior to the conference or plan to bring them with you).
The room will be set according to your needs. Please include your preference for chairs, tables, and any AV needs you may have. Please consider your AV needs carefully and limit them if possible.
